In order to amend the booking details, you will need to repeat the booking and change the necessary details. Please follow the steps below to recreate an order:
1. Open the original order and click "Cancel Job"
2. Click "Repeat booking" (this creates a duplicate of the original order)
3. Amend necessary details e.g. delivery schedules, pickup or drop off addresses, parcel specifications etc.
4. Click "Save" > "Request quotes" > "Save"
NOTE: If a driver was assigned to the order before it was canceled, there will be a cancellation charge.
