Stuart Connect Guide

How to Connect Stuart to Orkestro

Follow these five steps to link your Stuart account with Orkestro and start receiving real-time delivery updates.

Step 1 — Log in to Stuart

Go to the Stuart Dashboard and sign in with your account credentials.

Step 2 — Generate your API credentials

Once logged in, open your account settings and select API from the menu — or navigate directly to the Dashboard admin page.

Click Generate your API Credentials. Make a note of your Client ID and Client Secret — you'll need both in Step 5.

Step 3 — Add the webhook URL ⚠️

This step is essential. Without it, Orkestro won't receive real-time status updates from Stuart.

On the same API settings page, locate the field labelled Webhook #1 and paste the URL below:

Click on the 'Add new endpoint' button, see screenshot below:

Set the webhook on the V2 topic and enable all options:

✅ job/create

✅ job/update

✅ delivery/create

✅ delivery/update

✅ driver/update

Step 4 — Save your settings

Scroll to the bottom of the API page and click the blue Save button to apply your changes.

Step 5 — Add your credentials in Orkestro

In the Orkestro app, navigate to Settings → Connected Fleet, select your merchant, and add Stuart as a new connection.

Set the credentials type to Personal, then paste the Client ID and Client Secret you generated in Step 2 into the relevant fields.
