Why is the tracking not working?

The live location of the driver can be tracked via the Orkestro dashboard as the driver’s GPS is connected and available to view. 

Another way is to open any order where a driver has been assigned and navigate to [Tracker] 

If you're on any of our paid subscriptions, the tracking URL is sent to the customer via SMS and/or email.

If unable to track your driver, this may be caused by the courier or driver having some technical difficulties with tracking, or the particular courier does not provide tracking information. In line with this, you can reach out to the driver using the provided telephone number in the order docket.

Alternatively, you can always drop a message via booking chat. From there, the courier support team will then assist you and provide the driver’s accurate location.
