Why is the tracking not working?

You can track the live location of your driver directly in the Orkestro Portal, as long as GPS tracking is supported by the courier.


To do this:

  1. Open the relevant order in the Portal.

  2. Click the map icon or go to the Tracking tab.


If GPS tracking isn’t working, it may be due to:

  • A technical issue on the courier or driver’s side.

  • The courier not supporting live tracking.


In these cases:

  • You can call the driver directly using the phone number shown in the Tracking tab.

  • Or, contact the courier’s support team through the booking chat.



How to message courier support:

  • Open the order.

  • Go to the Fleet tab.

  • Click the ? chat icon next to the booking.


Tip: You can also start a chat directly from the order list page by clicking the chat icon next to the order.


The courier’s support team can then assist and provide the latest location update for your driver.
