How do I set up a new integration with a delivery partner?

To set up a new integration with one of our partners, please follow the steps below.

Create a new merchant

1. Navigate to Settings > Merchant
2. Click "Add a new merchant" in the top right of the screen
3. Enter the merchant name and click Save

Create a new API key and share it with your partner

1. From the dropdown, select the new merchant you just created
2. Scroll down to the "Manage your API key" section and create a new API key associated with your partner's app
3. Share the API key with your partner so they can activate the integration

Set up dispatching rules

1. Navigate to Connected Fleets in Settings
2. Activate the fleets you would like to use, or bulk apply them from an existing merchant. More on bulk applying fleet settings.
3. Navigate to Dispatching Rules in Settings
4. Set up your dispatching rules, or bulk apply them from an existing merchant. More on bulk applying dispatching settings.
